Free Shipping Threshold
We offer FREE standard shipping on qualifying U.S. orders over $75 (before tax).
Orders under $75 ship at a flat rate of $7.95 within the U.S.
Please note: Some items ship directly from our trusted suppliers through our collective program. If your order includes items from multiple shipping locations, shipping charges may be calculated separately at checkout.
Multiple Shipping Locations
Zaradee partners with trusted brands and suppliers to bring you a curated collection of styles. Because of this, some items may ship directly from the supplier and may arrive in separate packages.
Orders containing items from different locations may:
- Ship separately
- Arrive on different days
- Include separate shipping charges when applicable
Shipping totals will always be displayed before you complete checkout.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
We primarily ship via USPS and select the most reliable and cost-effective standard shipping option available.
Supplier-shipped items may use different carriers depending on the brand.
Processing Time
Orders typically process within 2–5 business days, unless otherwise noted (such as during high-volume sales or pre-order events).
Tracking information will be emailed once each package ships.
Estimated Delivery Times
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, carrier delays, or peak seasons.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates once scanned by the carrier.
If your order ships in multiple packages, you will receive separate tracking numbers.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Zaradee is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package leaves our facility or supplier location, it is in the care of the shipping carrier. If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate your package, please contact your local post office first.
