🛍 Shopping & Orders

What sizes do you carry?
Our boutique collections typically range from infant (0–3 months) to youth (6 years). We have some styles from (7/8, 9/10 & 11/12), depending on the style. For custom t-shirts, we offer unisex sizes XS–3XL (5XL is available in limited color options). Each product listing will note the available sizes.

Do you offer pre-orders?
Yes! When we have a new collection on the way, you’ll often see pre-order options. Pre-orders guarantee your size before items sell out. Shipping timeframes are noted in the listing.

Can I order a custom shirt or design?
Absolutely! We specialize in DTF, vinyl, and sublimation printing. If you have a design idea (or want something made just for you), message us and we’ll make it happen.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?
Most in-stock items ship within 3–5 business days. Pre-ordered items will ship once they arrive to us, usually within 1–2 weeks (the listing will give details).

Do you offer local pickup?
We offer local pick-up; this option can be selected at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the U.S.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached. Sale or clearance items are final sale.

How do I start a return?
Simply email us at dara@zaradee.com with your order number, and we’ll help you with the next steps.

Can I send you my own design idea?
Yes! We love bringing your ideas to life. Send us your concept, and we’ll work with you on the details.

Do you make matching sets for families or siblings?
Yes, we can! Custom tees and coordinating boutique styles are a fun specialty of ours.
