Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase from Zaradee! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Return Window
We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In the same condition you received it
- With original tags attached
- In its original packaging
Proof of purchase is required.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please email us at dara@zaradee.com with your order number and reason for return.
Please do not send items back without first contacting us. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where to send your item. Depending on the item purchased, returns may need to be sent to our location or directly to one of our trusted suppliers.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Photos may be required for resolution.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please email us at dara@zaradee.com if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
